Hi. My name is Maven. I am a 12lb, 8 year Chihuahua mix.  I came to Lizzy’s about 1.5 years ago with a bullet in my back and pregnant. Fast forward 1.5 years… my pups are almost two years old (time flies when you’re having fun) and I have found myself back at Lizzy’s after having had a home of my own for a year. No worries… I love my foster family. I would, though, like to have a family of my own again, though. Since I have a bullet in my back that cannot be removed because it is too close to my spine, I have problems using my back legs, but do great in my wheels - I walk on all 4 legs and am really fast. I also sometimes need my bladder expressed. I love other dogs, playing the mom and correcting them when needed. I mostly love my person. I love to be held and I love to snuggle. I would do geat in a h0me with or without other dogs pr cats. I do need to be on urinary food to make sure I don’t get a UTI or crystals, like when I originally came to Lizzy’s almost 2 years ago.
