Maven is an 8 year old Chihuahua. She came to Lizzy’s at 9lbs. She is very friendly to both people and other dogs. She loves to be held and take a nap with her head on your shoulder. We have found out that she likes to have a conversation with you, also…. It is so cute. Xrays show that Maven has bullet fragments in her spine. She is sometimes able to stand up on her own using her back legs. We will continue conversations with our vet, however, Maven had 7 puppies on April 10 (5 females and 2 males). We did not know she was pregnant when she came to Lizzy’s. She and her puppies will be ready to be adopted around the beginning of July. All will be spayed/neutered by that time. Puppies will be up on website the beginning of June.
