Hiya! I am Nereid. Interesting name, right? It is a greek mythology name that means something like water nymph. I LOVE love LOVE to swim. You need to see the video of me jumping off the side of the pool into the water. I swim around a bit and then I am up and out of the pool, ready to jump in again. A pool is not a necessity for my foster of forever family, but they sure are fun.

I am a 10 year old Pointer who loves life. I am crate and house trained. I love other dogs.... not sure about cats. I ride great in the car, if I do say so myself. I do enjoy a walk - a hike now and again sounds like fun, also. I love to run around the yard and play with the other pups. Playing chase is the best.

I do have a mass on my back leg, but that doesn't stop me from having lots of fun and it doesn't slow me down. Lizzy's and the vet are discussing whether surgery is an option. In the meantime, I am living my best life.

I would love a foster family to hang with.... better yet, to have a family of my very own would be Pointedly (Pointer... Pointedly..... get it?) spectacular.... I hope you put an application for me. You will be happy you did. We will have a great time together.
